My own personal business experience.
Today the best business I would suggest is something related to ONLINE business or service provider.
- I left my job last year Feb 2015 & started a Computer training center at my hometown Dhule, Maharashtra (I don’t teach students, I just manage). Then I hired a staff on per student basis who had more than 25 years of experience in C,C++,Java,Php,.NET etc.
- Then next step I took in May was I registered a firm (shop act license) named R.V.Infotech, which had following services
- Website designing & development
- Software development
- Android application development
- Bulk SMS
- Final year Engineering/diploma projects selling
- And other IT SERVICES
Trust me though I am a computer engineer I have very less knowledge about above services mentioned coz I was more interested in Management rather than coding. I started searching for developers, freelancers who can develop websites, softwares, android application. I approached them & asked them their rates.
After having set my technical team, I started marketing with full daring as if I have my own in house developers. As they said where there is a will there is a way, n same happened, I got my first order of a lottery software. I took the clients requirement gave it to developers n made my first software. I earned flat 20k. Developer charged me 40k, I made a quotation of 96k, with heavy bargain I came down to final price of 60k (as I knew the client would bargain I kept the rates higher).
Now using that reference, I got a website of a movie theatre. With mouth publicity I slowly got orders for website, software n also android application. I hunted for BULKSMS provider & now I am a reseller for bulksms. I have also started my own WEB HOSTING service.
Within approx. 2 years by just marketing I had made my own identity as an IT Company at my place.

Website charges basic (static):- 15k; developer charges: 8–10k; domain name n hosting charges: 2k
- So, 10k+2k=12k; 15k-12k=3k profit, min for one website.
- 10 websites per month i.e. 3k*10= 30k from just websites.
Similarly, there are various softwares wherein you can earn at least 10k per software by just selling.
